 High Clamp Force T-Plate Mount
Machined threads allow for higher clamping force on T-Plate to prevent shifting during high g-force cornering. Application of high torque to stock self tapping screws to prevent shifting of T-Plate often lead to stripped screw holes.
Double length aluminum T-Plate Mount with 4 interlocking tabs to insure precise alignment with chassis. Alignment of T-Plate mount is achieved thru interlock of holder to chassis alignment tabs instead of self tapping screw torque.
Countersunk crews are inserted one adjustment position after of T-Plate screw hole. Therefore, chassis with stripped holes for T-Plate can be salvaged with this T-Plate Mount that use a different hole location
Installation Instructions
Note that since T-Plate Mount is double length, only the forward two T-Plate positions can be used on the chassis. (This is usually not an issue since the forward two position is enough to accommodate pretty much all bodies.)
Install the two countersunk screws to hold the T-Plate Mount onto the chassis. Do not over tight the self tapping screws, or the hole on the chassis may strip.
Fasten the T-Plate onto the holder with two machine screws. Be sure the machine screw threads protrude past the T-Plate Mount when the screws are seated. This will insure full thread engagement. Machine screws can then be torque tighter than the self tapping countersunk screws to securely fasten the T-Plate. Take care not to over torque machine screws.
It is advisable to test fit the T-Plate on the holder with the machine screws first to verify that that the machine screw threads protrudes past the holder. A minimum of 1 thread protrusion is recommended.

 Torquing down the T-Bar mounting screws into the stock plastic chassis often leads to stripped screw holes. This T-Bar mount has machined threads to allow the mounting screws to be torqued down further, preventing the T-Bar from shifting under cornering loads.
Additionally, this aluminum T-Bar mount has 4 alignment tabs to ensure more precise alignment of the T-Bar with the chassis. The alignment is achieved through the fit of the T-Bar mount into the chassis, rather than through the torque from the T-Bar mounting screws.

 Introducing the PN Racing Swing Bar set for both the Mini-Z MR-02 & Mini-Z AWD. We developed the sway bar for the Mini-Zs to further improve the handling characteristics of the Mini-Zs.
As with real cars, when turning, the outside part of the car gets pushed down. The opposite is happening on the inner part of the car. By using the Swing Bar, it helps keep the inner front wheel planted on the ground. This means that the inner tire is where it should be, rather than being off the ground. This results in better cornering ability for the Mini-Z MR-02, and Mini-Z AWD.
The Swing Bar Set has two different bars (one soft, and one hard), so that the proper tension can be selected for different track conditions. It is very easy to install, with no major modifications needed.

A heat sink works by rapidly absorbing heat from the motor and dissipating that heat into the air. The greater the surface area on the heat sink the faster the heat will dissipate.

Ceramic ball bearings weight up to 40% less then steel ball bearings. This reduces the centrifugal loading and skidding and allows the bearing to operate up to 40% faster then conventional bearings. This means that the ball exerts less force outward against the outer race groove as the bearing spins. This reduction in outward force reduces the friction and rolling resistance. The lighter ball allows the bearing to rev up faster, and uses less energy to maintain its speed. This translates into higher top end and longer run times.
The rolling elements are made from silicon nitride. Silicon nitride is a highly processed silica and ceramic material similar to the heat absorbing, highly resilient tiles on the space shuttle. This allows these bearings to last up to 10 times longer the conventional steel bearings.
